Septic Installation and Repairs
All of the following pictures are from our projects.
Engineered Septic Field Installation
Engineered septic field requirements are on the rise and many include the need for an effluent pump. We can make sure your septic is installed and set up correctly.
Engineered Septic Retaining Walls
Occasionally plans call for a retaining wall with an engineered field. We install Verti-Block retention walls with effluent barriers for a total and robust solution. This field required we raise the elevation 9.5 feet!
Effluent
Pump
Your system may require an effluent pump and tank. We install the proper pump, controller and floats for a great working system.
Septic
Leach Field
We install your leach drain field with precision. A well laid out field lasts longer and maximizes the performance of your septic system.
Standard
Septic Field
This is a large, two tiered 2000 square foot field for a five bedroom home in Oakland Township.
Septic Field and Final Grade
When it is all said and done we can leave you with a great looking grade. BUT we prefer to continue the work and finish your landscape with hardscape, sprinklers, trees and sod!
Lapeer County
Septic Install
We also are licensed to install septic systems in Lapeer County.
PERC
Test
We offer Perc test excavation which includes a new septic install discount. We can also apply for your permit.
Concrete or Plastic Septic Tanks
We installed two 1500 gallon Infiltrator tanks for this larger septic system.
Licensed Installers
Always Sharp has two licensed septic installers so you can be assured your system will be installed correctly to provide years of service. Since we are a landscaping company we are able to fully restore your lawn and landscape once the septic work is complete.
Oakland and Lapeer County requires that any septic work beyond the tank needs a permit and that the work be performed by a licensed septic installer.
